Terms of Service

Terms of Service

Effective Date: May 24, 2026

Most terms of service pages are a wall of legal noise. We hate that. You are here to plan an event, not decode legalese. Read this carefully. It dictates how you use Flavorful Feastz. By browsing flavorfulfeastz.com, you agree to these rules. If you disagree, close the tab.

Information, Not Guarantees

We publish catering guides, vendor interview checklists, and menu planning strategies. We base this on decades of collective hospitality experience. We know what a realistic deposit looks like. We know when a vendor hides fees in the fine print.

Our advice is strictly informational. We are not your contracted caterer. We do not cook your food. We do not staff your event.

You must vet your own local vendors. If a catering company we reviewed drops the ball, burns the entrees, or shows up three hours late, we hold no liability. You sign contracts with them, not us. We provide the blueprint. You build the house.

Catering trends shift. Food costs fluctuate wildly. While we work hard to keep our pricing estimates and industry standards accurate, we do not guarantee that a cost breakdown from last season applies to your event today. You bear the responsibility of verifying current market rates.

Health, Safety, and Dietary Disclaimers

Food safety is a critical operational reality. Cross-contamination happens. Allergies dictate menu planning.

We discuss strategies for handling dietary restrictions. We outline the right questions to ask your chef about gluten-free prep areas or nut allergies. We do not offer medical advice. We do not guarantee that any specific menu strategy will prevent an allergic reaction at your event.

That responsibility rests entirely on the catering company you hire and the contracts you sign with them. Ask the hard questions. Demand written guarantees from your vendors. Do not rely solely on our blog posts to ensure the safety of your guests.

Our Property and Your Use

We spend weeks testing menu combinations, interviewing executive chefs, and writing our vendor selection guides. That content belongs to Flavorful Feastz. Our exact plating diagrams, proprietary vendor interview questions, and downloadable checklists are protected by copyright law.

You can print our checklists for your personal event planning. You can share a link to our articles with your wedding planner.

You cannot scrape our site. You cannot copy our articles and paste them onto your own event planning blog. You cannot package our FAQ guides into a paid course.

We protect our copyright vigorously. We find stolen content. We issue takedown notices. We pursue legal action.

How We Keep the Lights On

Running a high-resolution catering resource costs money. Sometimes we link to event planning software, table setting suppliers, or specific vendor platforms.

Some of those are affiliate links. If you click one and buy a service, we earn a small commission. You pay nothing extra.

We refuse pay-to-play vendor placements. We reject sponsored posts from caterers we have not vetted. If a service has a terrible track record with dietary restrictions, we say so.

Our loyalty belongs to the event host.

Not the vendor. We maintain strict editorial independence. We recommend what works based on actual event execution.

Third-Party Links and External Friction

Flavorful Feastz frequently links to external websites. We link to local health department guidelines, vendor portfolios, and event venue policies.

We do not control those websites. We do not monitor their daily updates. If you click a link and find outdated information on a third-party site, that is outside our jurisdiction. You must evaluate the credibility of any external site you visit.

Community Standards

We allow comments on our articles. We want to hear about your catering experiences. We want the triumphs. We want the disasters. We want the honest truth.

Keep it factual, and keep it clean.

If you post spam, we delete it. If you use our comment section to blindly promote your own catering business, we ban your IP address. We maintain a high signal-to-noise ratio here. Do not clutter the discussion with promotional garbage.

By submitting a comment, you grant Flavorful Feastz a perpetual, royalty-free license to publish, edit, or display that comment across our platform.

Where Our Responsibility Ends

Event planning carries inherent friction. Vendors cancel. Weather ruins outdoor buffets. Supply chain issues force last-minute menu substitutions.

Flavorful Feastz is not liable for your event outcome. We offer our site “as is” and “as available.” We make no promises that our site will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

Under no circumstances will Flavorful Feastz, its owners, or its writers be responsible for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our site. This includes lost deposits, ruined events, or disputes with your hired staff.

You assume the weight of your own planning decisions.
